All-around very good, however, the packaging when we receive the shipments are always damaged. The boxes are not sturdy - strong. So they come in crushed.

Thank you for your useful review. Packing for secure shipping can certainly be a challenge sometimes and standard boxes are not often available double wall in smaller sizes. Sorry to hear about the sandalwood and glad we got it right second time. Not sure how we sent cinnamon bark oil as we don't currently keep it. Obviously we will always replace anything received damaged or sent incorrectly.

I was amazed too when I read the label: cinnamon bark. Maybe it is a spelling mistake? However, I can also return it to you or make a photo for yourt files.

Always happy to accept a return if supplied incorrectly, although... if it smells more like cinnamon bark rather than the harsher cinnamon leaf I'd keep quite, as it's usually much more expensive.... We may well have had some in the past and I've overlooked it in making the comment. It's up to you....
