Hi Ken, Thank you for taking time to post your review and we are very sorry to see that you only gave 3 stars to Villa Elena. It was lovely talking with you and thank you so much for the feedback which The Real Algarve has now passed on to the owner, who has agreed to make changes as per all your comments. I know they were mostly small issues that you encountered and please do be aware that if any of our villas are missing items, such as BBQ / kitchen utensils, then we can replace them immediately, if reported to us, as we endeavour to resolve any issues as soon as they occur. I am happy that you still enjoyed your stay as well as the location and it’s great that you are considering returning to Villa Elena next year. All feedback is important to us and we greatly appreciate your time. Should you think of anything else please do give us a call.
