I believe our customer happiness team explained that the free and tracked shipping option you chose is an estimated service and cannot guarantee the nominated delivery date. We also provide a precise delivery service which does guarantee the delivery date. Our beautiful packaging has been designed to be easily opened, so that if a tree gift arrives a little early, the tree may be removed, set outside into its natural environment and then re-parcelled before giving it to its recipient. This ensures the tree gift stays in tiptop condition. Our team is committed to delivering a high-quality service and we'd love the opportunity to impress you sometime in the future.
