a blissful night's sleep without pain!

good .but - only bad thing,is I suspect the packaging is not strong enough because it had been slashed en route (sending photo) but pillow unhurt. Willnotify PWOH.

They were slow at getting the pillow dispatched. If it takes time to make , pack and dispatch, then tou should communicate with the client and let them know what is going on.
