A good idea, shame it does not work 100%

The pillows quality is ok, it works provided you do not move your head while you are sleeping.

I am not sure if there is any way you can improve the pillow. The problem is mine I think. When sleeping with my bad ear in the hole it was fine. But I kept moving and having to find the hole again....

An excellent purchase

The pillow and pillow case aririved and has really helped my ear. Had to remove a fair bit of “stuffing” to make it comfortable for me, but once this was done it has been an excellent purchase.
