Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

Thank you very much for your review. We are glad to hear that you had a successful vacation in the islands! While we have since discontinued mailing the hard-copy chart briefing books, all guests do still have access to the same information online after they book their charter, and are given a unique access code to download the full chart briefing book. The base services were disappointing. Showers were not clean, faucets broken, rolls of toilet papers everywhere... Staff was not proactively helpful or smiling. Briefing was not on time. Shuttle...
