Since I placed this review I was contacted by a gentleman called named Tom whose roll is to follow up on such issues. This gentleman has now resolved the issue to my satisfaction and reinstated my faith in this company to the point that I have gone forward and took out a third pet policy. So far all appears well and I am reassured by Tom that he will oversee this application however I still hope the insurance emporium website can be updated to avoid any such error occurring again. this has been promised. As the payments for policies are deducted several days later, I will revisit this site to update if on this occasion all went well.
