Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

Easy to fill out form online Only thing is it doesn’t give you an option of what date the direct debit comes out of your bank account

Your first direct debit will be taken within 10 working days from the inception date and following payments will be taken at 28 day intervals; we don't have the facility to change the collection date.
