Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

We've had a look on our systems and can see you contacted us through the online portal 'My Emporium' to advise us of an amendment. We can see that our Customer Contact made the amendment on 15th July 2019 and sent updated docs to your portal on 16th July 2019. Unfortunately we failed to let you know we'd completed your request and for this we sincerely apologise. We've popped a hard copy of the new docs in the post.
