How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Good morning, thank you for your review and feedback. We extend our apologies for any inconvenience caused with the cancellation of your previous policy. We've taken a look into the reason why the policy was cancelled and we'd just like to clarify it wasn't due to our error. The policy was cancelled automatically after a failed premium collection which was communicated on 3 occasions before the policy lapsed. When you contacted our offices we offered to either reinstate the cover upon receipt of the premiums or start a new policy. We are pleased, to see another policy has been purchased and you've continued your journey with us :-) The Insurance Emporium
