How do we deal with fake reviews?

Hello, We're sorry to read your comments. Your premium is subject to an annual review where it can go up down or stay the same. At renewal your cover also increases. We can sometimes apply discretion to the premium to recognise longevity, however, this is based on the cover being a continuation. If a policyholder chooses to cancel their insurance and incept a new policy the cover will be reduced and consideration must be given to existing conditions/claims.
