Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

Hello, Thank you for your feedback, we're sorry to learn you feel this way. We've taken a look here and can see why it won't accept the email address - the email address must match that on our records. Whilst we can't divulge over here what the email address we hold is we can confirm the one trying to be used to register doesn't match our records. We have tried to call the mobile number on file to talk you through this but weren't able to speak with you.
