Thanks for sharing your feedback, I have looked into your comment and I can see that you were sent your joining instructions, so it may have been an oversight in this case. We will note this and try to see that going forwards individuals are contacted independently in cases where friends have maybe booked together. We hope it didn't disrupt your travel and you were able to apprciate your tour fully.

I was able to join Tripcast without a problem. It was repeated emails that were not responded to and one time when I called to follow up they said they had been very busy and therefore may not have responded to emails. I find that an unprofessional way to do business.
