Hi Brain & Victoria, thank you for your feedback. We are sorry that you felt there was too much time spent in a mini bus. We carefully selected a 16 seater bus to accommodate the 9 passengers on the tour so that there would be maximum comfort. Due to the locations we were visiting, bus travel was necessary and we would not have been able to visit certain areas if we had been in a larger vehicle due to access restrictions. Usually Alfred's tower is closed from Monday - Friday but we made special arrangements with the National Trust volunteers to open the tower especially for us to climb. Ideally we would have visited the tower in the afternoon but had to do this in the morning which extended our day due to the availability of volunteers. Please can you let us know what you mean by "the subject presented problems" as this will help us when running tours in future. Many Thanks
