The paperwork and little maps to help us get to stations, hotels etc was brilliant. Hotels both very good and helpful. German train broke down and we had to swop trains. They did make up time lost...

Hotel excellent, clean and good service. Well situated in Berlin and good value for money. Re timetable of trains. 1 would have liked better advice re selecting onward going connection of trains....
