Hello there, the Matrix technical help line will be able to help you determine why you didn't get the results you wanted on your client. If they determine that the colour hasn't been produced the results you desired because a fault with the product, then they may suggest the tube is sent for analysis in the labs. Thank you

Hi there, we are sorry to hear of your experience ordering Kebelo. As the Kebelo Treatment is a professional product used in the salon, we are obliged by the manufacturer to check that the salon has trained and qualified users to ensure both the salon and ourselves are covered from an insurance point of view. We can only apologise if we didn't make this clear at an earlier stage in process to avoid the confusion which ensued. We have updated our processes to avoid this happening in the future.
