Transferring from one person to another.
£16 charge for call to resolve issue was not my fault.
Parcel did not arrive although being told by consultant that it will even bill sent but not parcel.

Unfortunately on this occasion we did make a mistake in sending the parcel to your salon address instead of your home address. We have reviewed our processes as a result to make sure this does not happen again and to avoid any future issues. I understand you order has now been received. Again, Thanks for your feedback.
Ordered on the Saturday and it wasn’t actually sent out until Wednesday 48hr tracked and arrived on the Friday.

Thanks for your feedback.We are really sorry for this mix up. From investigating the issue it would appear that your order was dispatched on Monday as planned but it was unfortunately delivered to the wrong address by the courier. Once this was known we sent out the order again and thankfully it arrived with you safely albeit much later than we would expect for our customers. Again, Thank you for your feedback as this enables us to address issues quickly so they are not repeated.
