Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Thank you for your suggestion - we can definitely look to make this an option for anyone who would like a mid week day off. Sadly our week tours all run Saturday to Friday (with the exception of The Maldives - Sunday to Sunday) as we need a day off to turn things around for our next guests! You are always very welcome to stay on and explore the area yourself though if you wish - we can book you an extra night as long as we have the availability at the accommodation.

Excellent in all respects except accommodation.

The swimming, guiding/safety, compamy, food and welcome from the host family were all excellent. But my room was so 'basic' that I slightly dreaded going into it.

We’re glad you enjoyed the swimming and will pass on your kind comments about the guiding. So sorry you didn’t like your room. One of our staff will be in touch via email shortly to see if there are any specific changes we can make out in Greece which would have improved this aspect for you. We also restructured the way guests can book onto this trip which allows you to choose which room you would like to stay in.
