I suggest a change their courier to Parcel Force

I ordered this item on the 28th of July next day delivery, still waiting for it 10th of August. I wouldn't recommend Swell to anybody.

Bulbs came damaged. Plant was missing. Replacement delivered to wrong house and customer service not interested. Raised a return request for damaged bulbs and missing plant and this took 2 weeks...
