Excellent service from the sweater shop itself. Order was promptly dispatched to the UPS carrier for delivery.
Unfortunately the good service ended as soon as UPS got involved. No tracking advice...
Great quality, selection and price. Will definitely be ordering again

What Milton Boekhout said about Sweater Shop:
Wife loved her sweater very much ! Great fit, especially since it's hard to find clothes to fit because of her small size (xs). We will shop here more in the future.

Change the way of shipment to Spain, or at least offer us more than only one way of shipment. It took two months to receive the order at home.

the order through delivery was a very smooth process. no problems with the website and the whole experience was so much better than the frustration of other on-line order sites.

This was ordered the first part of Dec. and delivered the end of Feb too long. The sweaters are beautiful which does make up for the slow delivery
