The sweater size was not as advertised. A medium turned out to be tight, even though other Irish sweaters fit well at medium. I returned the sweater for exchange.

So often when purchasing items online once the order has been placed they put you in this black hole with either a tracking system that doesn't work at all or the updates are few and far between....
I had no issues with online ordering and was notified when the item was shipped. It arrived at an expected time. I will ordering another sweater in the future.

Excellent service. The item arrived in USA in a very short time. Ordering was easy. Best of all I love the wool slippers; they are better than my Ugg slippers. I will not have cold feet any more.
