I was very pleased with the service and contact given by the Sweater Shop. As mentioned, there were delays by the Carrier in transporting my parcel which was beyond the control of the Sweater Shop.
Very prompt email confirmation of our order, fast shipping, item was well packaged.

I contacted the store directly. I received a full
refund since it's obvious the order is still missing today, January 7th. They sincerely apologized and promised to work with another delivery company, as Anpost is a source of complaints and losses for many customers. If they promise to ship with another company, I'll give them another chance because their customer service is good and I really like their products.
