Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Great Sunsail Customer Service

Sunsail reps were helpful with info about the local ferries, groceries, Islands to sail to (post hurricane recovery) and also quick to respond to all email and phone inquiries.

Head in port forward cabin leaked sewage onto the floor. Staff caulked it before departure but it continued to leak all week.......disgusting !! Port engine failed to start enroute to Man-O-War Cay....

The BVI Is certainly one of the world's best sailing destinations and we are very happy you chose to enjoy sailing the Caribbean here with us.

The recovery the islands have made since Irma has been incredible. We are not only very proud of our entire base team and staff for their endurance and dedication to the rebuild of our industry, but also for their own livelihoods, families and friends.
