I had my doubts, but…
I understand that it is a me to measure service, but I do feel like waiting almost a month for a window screen is a little much. Other than the wait time, everything is amazing.

Thanks for your feedback. Glad you were pleased with your screen. During the spring and summer months we had a 12 working day lead time in place for our made to measure screens. This is due to the volume of orders we receive during this period rather than how long it takes a specific screen to be made. I can see your order was shipped a day later than the stated lead time so apologies for the delay.
