Whilst I can’t comment on the communication with Easycare Blinds I would like to give some insight into the installation charge. It takes into consideration the whole aspect of the service, so, in your example this would be the 1.5 hr round trip to your location, the fuel, vehicle wear and tear and Aarons time to get to you. Then there would be the setting up, fitting, finishing touches with caulking etc if necessary, and clearing up afterwards.The free of charge site survey prior to this (again with a 1.5 hr round trip) is a no obligation service which is not included in the fitting although the fitter incurs all those travel costs etc.
