Thank you for your feedback. We have investigated your concerns with those involved in your contract and we understand that you were unable to have the original installation date you were originally scheduled due to previous commitments. We then worked with you to suggest several alternatives, and as you were unwilling to wait until the next available date, as a compromise we suggested utilising several teams to complete the job. This is not something that we would normally do as we feel that consistency within the fitting team is important, but agreed to work with you in order to meet your time frame. As a company committed to continuous improvement, we thank you for your feedback and will certainly take your comments on board for future.

Thank you for your review. The online quote engine is a general guide to help all customers gauge approximate price points when looking into home improvements. As we have a massive array of products available, the quote engine does only provide an estimate, or starting point, for the basic or standard option. We do explain in this initial estimate that this is just a guideline price, so we are sorry if this was unclear at all. We then encourage all customers to either visit one of our two Lincoln showrooms or to arrange a visit in the comfort of your own home in order to discuss your requirements in full and then tailor your quotation to your exact needs. Depending on the final options that you select, this may result in your final quote differing from the generic, ballpark estimate you previously received on the quoting engine. We are sorry for any confusion, but I am glad to hear that we managed to get the price very near to the base estimate for you.

We have just requested feedback for your past installation for what we believe to be the first time - you certainly shouldn't have been hounded by more than an email, but please let us know if this differs and we can investigate that. As a company committed to continual improvement, feedback is so important to us in order to learn what to do better in future, so we do really appreciate your comments. We manufacture over 3000 double glazed units a week, which go through a quality inspection process, but as we are sure you will appreciate unfortunately small marks do slip through the net occasionally. We're more than happy to replace them for you though under your warranty. Could you please contact Jo on 01522 512525 and she will be more than happy to raise a remake for the one you have recently discovered and get that changed over for you.

Hi, thank you for your feedback. We're reviewing all of our paperwork currently, so we will certainly take that under consideration. Having spoken to the team who dealt with your unit, we understand that you were both refunded the cost and left with the unit to arrange the work elsewhere. We apologise for the inconvenience but as both of our fitters and our service engineer could not loosen the beads on your existing doors, we were unable to help as we didn't want to risk breaking anything using brute force. Perhaps they loosened them for the specialist! We're pleased you managed to get the glass unit fitted though. Please let us know if there is anything else we can assist with.
