Hi Mr Pullen, Thank you for review. From the point of sale to installation I can see several update emails were sent, these may have gone into your junk folder if you can please check. There were also several phone calls surrounding the installation date and the asbestos prior to the installation taking place. Our surveyor highlighted to us that he believed there to be asbestos in the soffit and fascia, so we requested for this to be inspected whilst the asbestos pipes were being tested. It is agreed within your contract that you take responsibility to ensure the safe removal and disposal of any asbestos identified. Following completion of your installation, it was highlighted that there was potentially asbestos in the soffit and fascia. This is a large health and safety issue, which we take very seriously and have requested the official results of the asbestos tests, which was declined. We have since explained the seriousness of the situation and are yet to receive a response. Many thanks, The Starglaze Team

Thank you for your feedback and we are pleased to hear that you are happy with the team and the final product. Your kind words have been passed on to all those involved with your contract. Please accept our apologies for not responding to your query regarding the number of keys sooner, as this was overlooked in an email thread regarding other queries. Each cylinder is allocated 3 keys, and as the cylinders were keyed alike then only 3 were supplied in total. We are reviewing our process to see how we can make this clearer going forward and additional keys have been ordered for you as a gesture of good will. Many thanks, The Starglaze Team
