After reviewing your booking, I can confirm that you purchased the Start Experience package for Tirreno-Adriatico, which includes access to the Start Village, snacks and drinks, and the opportunity to watch the riders prepare and set off for the day. We do not offer any TVL experiences for this race, and this was not included in your booking. The inclusions of the experience you booked were detailed on the booking confirmation and on our webpage which does not contain any reference to TVL for this event.
