hi i don't set the shipping rates sorry , the wholesaler does , you had a 3mt 15mm pipe that was coiled up a small as we could get it as of this item the wholesaler wouldn't have got much spare change from £12.50 + vat as of the diameter of the parcel . many thanks for the order , Speedy Plastics
