hi , we have POD on the 17th buy tuffnells the lorry was psychically tracked to your premises. it had to be delivered ? we sent another replacement yesterday as promised for today, all emails have been answered and replied too straight away. as you have 1* for our usual great service i will cancel the replacement and refund the original. sorry it never worked out , kind regards speedy plastics

Hi, still no reply on the latest email. We had 5 guys working outside the property on that day!! So why didn’t the driver just give it to them and get a signature? Can you confirm when the refund was for as we can’t see it on our card.
