Dear Customer, We regret to note that you are unhappy with our services. There was little information that we could provide as we do not have access to information about last minute flight delays or cancellations from the airline's end. We can only advise you of the alternate flights rebooked by the airline(if updated in our system by the airline) and we do not have access for details of the flights offered by the airlines as alternate options while at the airport.
