Am really sorry to hear this Sharon, unfortunately we just missed sending out the items between Christmas and New Year as our offices closed at 3pm on the 29th. I would have hoped the items would have been with you by now. Can you be so kind as to email me on vickie@sousvidetools.com on Monday if they still haven't arrived and we will arrange to resend them.
