Change the Solo Rep. service poor, she was rude , belittling, unprepared, argumentative, late, did not provide relevant information . She should have been working not taking a personal holiday

A good and enjoyable tennis holidays with the usual high standards.
A good holiday with a good hotel and decent food. The Solos leader Nick Fletcher was very well organised in co-ordinating the group as a whole and in arranging the tennis matches and tournament.
