Sent them a perfectly valid delivery address and twice they said the house is uninhabited. I ordered other products from other suppliers at the same time and they have all arrived. No phone customer...

Hi David, thank you for your feedback. We would rather you had responded back to us by email, as you promised, to provide an alternative address. You advised the recipient was moving and yes, twice the courier reported the house was empty. Your order is currently still on hold awaiting a response. We take it you no longer want to pursue delivery so we will issue a full refund instead.
