Terrible customer service
I had a problem with 2 gifts that I ordered for Father's Day. I have sent 3 emails and 2 messages via Facebook and still no response. Terrible customer service!

Thank you for your feedback. Just to confirm, you were fully aware the flutes were not available. We queried your order and enquired if you wanted to send wine glasses. You declined and requested a full refund of which was provided immediately. There appears to be an implication here we did not intentionally send them which is not the case. Your order was not processed at your request.
