Dear Millicent, we are sorry to year your gift did not arrive as expected on Saturday - unfortunately we were not able to respond to you before leaving your review since we are closed at the weekend. I can see the driver's GPS puts him in the right place for delivery but he has reported no response from the RH silver buzzer system. He has been back today, and again no response. We have instructed he try again today and to leave the parcel with a neighbour if he is able to get a response, or to leave a calling card so that you can follow the courier's instruction on what to do next - we expect this to be resolved today for you.
