We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

Thank you for your reply, sorry this product has not been satisfactory for you. Unfortunately all new rubber products do have an odour, like a ‘new car’ smell it will wear off over time. Just a possible solution, I have been told that washing thoroughly (soaking if possible) in a vinegar solution, and then drying by leaving in sunlight for 3 or more hours will get rid of the smell.
