Thank you for your reply, we are very sorry to hear that you were disappointed at our service. We don't charge on any of our mainland UK deliveries, but unfortunately we have a charge for any off shore areas. Our Customer Service Team do their upmost to provide the required assistance should our customers have any problems. However on this occasion we appear to have let you down. Looking into your account we can see that a replacement was offered at a discounted price on the unsatisfactory item. We are always looking into more effective ways of dealing with our Customer requirements, hopefully given the chance of any further business with you this will be dealt with more efficiently.
