Slingsby takes the utmost care to ensure that our Customer Service Team does their upmost to provide the required assistance should our customers have any problems. However on this occasion we appear to have let you down, whilst looking into your account the next working day after placing your order an email was sent explaining a delay on the product, then various communications was sent explaining our problems with this product from our manufacturer. We are always looking into more effective ways of dealing with our Customer requirements, hopefully given the chance of any further business with you this will be dealt with more efficiently.
