We apologise if this information was not communicated to you after placing your order. Product 405005 was sent directly from stock, while products 399436 & 399431 from an external source. Slingsby care about their reputation and their products
The salt and grit bin is of excellent quality and design. The courier firm was extremely late in delivery the items; this matter was resolved immediately by the concerned Sales staff at Slingsby.
