My mother wanted a completely no fuss cremation. No service, no flowers , no religeon etc. Simplicity did just that for us , giving us choice to change things should we wish to. We were kept infomed...

I was contacted by the local funeral director last friday 1 6 2018 and he brought my mother's remains the same day . I spoke to him about the fact that i was going to be told the day that my mother's cremation was to take place , and that did not happen , he was going to pass my comments on . He was very sympathetic and everything has now been resolved . Thank you for your reply .

Polite and respectful

Everyone has been so polite and helpful and made it very easy to sort everything out. We are now looking at taking out a pre payment plan with yourselves so our children will have peace of mind too.
