They have offered me a refund plus a refund on postage. I sent the incorrect item back over a week ago now, and still nothing. Apparently there was no more stock, but I saw the item offered in a bundle of two soon afterwards. Surely it could have been separated as both items were available separately...

Someone from our customer service team will be in touch shortly.
They never sent me the item because they were out of stock. Didn't reply to my email. Didn't offer me any compensation for all the time I waited for the delivery to never arrive.

I sent the customer service team an email 6 days ago and there is still no response.
I also don't think I've received my refund yet.

Hi,
I've just tracked your order and there was an attempted delivery on 31 August but the Aus Post tracking says 'address not known' so it says it has been returned to sender. I'll speak to our warehouse and get them to re-send. Was there another address you wanted it sent to or the original one from your order?

It looks like a business address? Do you have a floor number or anything that can direct the delivery specifically to you rather than the building for when we re-send it so we can ensure it gets delivered to you?
