The full order still hasn’t arrived. No response to emails I have sent asking when it will arrive.

You’re correct in saying the delivery was completed however was was delivered was one third of the order.

I am very happy with the product but I had to wait an extra week because you were inundated with postal deliveries and I do understand that but you must be more prepared for the Xmas rush. Thankyou

Very easy transaction and quick delivery. Items were very well packaged :)
I purchased 3 items from YHD well before the Christmas rush. The 2 tongs arrived in a brown jiffy bag and my Woll Saute pan did not arrive. I thought originally that it may come latter in the week....
