Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

Helpful organisation pulling hotel and transport together. The only problem was the quality of the flight out - so crowded, and no lef room on the plane. (We booked a larger space coming back - which solved the problem).

I am pleased you found our service of a high standard and you felt the hotel was clean and the staff helpful. However it is disappointing you found the pool area busy and you were hassled by locals on the beach. We are aware that some locals can be persistent, however it is now an offence to hassle tourists and the Tourist Security Unit are working hard to try and deal with such problems.
