Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

Thank you for your feedback regarding your holiday with us in January this year. I am disappointed that you felt your holiday was not value for money and you found the hotel isolated. I see from your booking that the majority of your holiday was spent at the Mandina Lodges which are in the African bush, so I am sorry the location was not as expected. I do hope you enjoyed some elements of your holiday.

I only spent one night in the Ocean Bay and don't think I said isolated. We spent most of our stay at the Ngala Lodge (Which is not in the Bush) and which was first class and the service and facilities were excellent. The service levels totally exceeded our expectations. It was just the Ocean Bay that we thought was run down badly maintained and overly pushy at trying to sell you other services.
