We are sorry to hear you were disappointed with the food. Customer's varying food preferences make it difficult to comment, however we appreciate your feedback on this. It is true to say Kombo Beach has undergone renovations over different stages and everything is nearing to completion now with disruption at a minimum. We appreciate your honest view that takes into account that this is indeed Africa, a 3rd world country that does not have the means as many other locations across the globe. But what they do offer is wonderful - from amazing staff who will go above and beyond, to wonderful surroundings teeming with wildlife. A true gem.

It is not uncommon for hotels to have issues with their hot water supply in The Gambia unfortunately, but I am delighted that all other aspects of your stay you enjoyed.
