Thank you for the feedback, sadly, in order to protect the tape in transit we are forced to use packaging chips - most of these are recycled but we also reuse chips from packs we have received (To reduce the impact on the environment). We are looking for alternatives but find other solutions either drive shipping costs up to the point no one would order or result in damaged tape which is then unsalable.
