Thank you for the review. I have looked in to this and contacted you to understand what happened so I will be interested in the response.
UPS attempted to deliver twice to the address provided on the morning you paid for but were turned away due to security.
My colleague spent over 2 hours on the phone trying to resolve this for you (hence the second attempt) but as you had not given clearance and couldn't meet the driver they were unable to deliver the goods.
