I enjoyed the trip. The only downside was how many people you cram into the bus there was not a spare seat. What this meant is that I a single 6 foot 2 inch Australian traveller built like a tank in...
Good but could be better organised when people are first picked up by the buses - no one seemed to have any idea which bus they should get on. Also information on what options people have for...

Everything seemed very good and there was everything I needed
Terrible. I felt like cattle being herded from pillar to post. More time spent in a coach than actually seeing anything. When you were allowed off the coach it was so brief if you blinked you missed...

We are sorry you feel the tour was a bit rushed and not worth it. The 1 Day Kangaroo Island Experience Tour is designed for people who have limited time in Adelaide to visit Kangaroo Island and want to see as much as they can in one day. We certainly recommend for people to stay longer on Kangaroo Island if they have the time but unfortunately many people can only spare a day. On this tour we visit many of the major iconic highlights of Kangaroo Island such as Seal Bay and the Flinders Chase National Park. This requires the coach to travel basically from one end of the island to the other and when you consider Kangaroo Island’s size (155km long) then there is a fair amount of travel that needs to occur during the day including travel to/from Adelaide to the island. The itinerary we have put together for this day tour we feel covers many of the highlights and we feel we have timed it so that visitors get amply time at each attraction.
Here is a summary of the day tour schedule:
Depart Adelaide: 6.45am (via 1.5 hour coach trip)
Depart Cape Jervis: 9.00am Ferry (45 minutes)
Commence Kangaroo Island Day Tour: 10.15am

The price is fully inclusive of return ferry fares, Lunch and admission fees to all of the attractions.

I was worried about getting seasick as the water had a bit of a wave/swirl. I was on my own so I could lie down with my head on a chair & was great. Slept & got there no problem. I felt quite...
