Thank you for your kind comments about our flexibility in changing dates and the Penneshaw Check-in team, they will be delighted to hear this.
With regards to the accommodation, the room you were booked in at Kangaroo Island YHA (Private Dormitory with Ensuite) has the bedding configuration, facilities and room size as a Family Room (the Family Room also caters for 7 guests). Unfortunately, without seeing the alternative, cheaper quote you were provided, I’m not in a position to comment. We have contracted rates with all of our accommodation providers which we believe are competitive and I would be more than happy to follow up if you would like to send a copy of the quotation through.
We are naturally very concerned with your feedback about our Tour Driver. Please be assured our expectations are very high regarding our drivers and as a result of your feedback, we will be conducting a performance review to ensure these standards are exceeded.
With the itinerary, this has been developed and improved based on regular feedback from clients over a number of years. We would naturally like to spend more time at the beautiful sights Kangaroo Island has to offer, but unfortunately given the distances, we do not have a great deal of flexibility in our schedule. Whilst we would recommend our clients spend at least a couple of nights on Kangaroo Island, we do understand that many only have one-day and we believe our itinerary provides excellent value.

Thank you for you feedback regarding the Kangaroo Island Beach Wilderness Escape. We are sorry that you felt there was nothing "wild" about the tour. The wildlife can often be harder to spot during the Summer months as they seek shelter from the elements.
The itinerary we have put together for this day tour has been timed to allow visitors as much time as possible at each of the key attractions. When you consider Kangaroo Island’s size (155km long), there is a fair amount of travel that needs to occur between Penneshaw and the attractions which are located at opposite ends of the island. We certainly do recommend that if you have the time, to extend your stay to truly appreciate what the island has to offer.
We are pleased that you were still able to enjoy your trip.
